Your health and safety are our priority, which is why our staff have been thoroughly trained to provide a clean and safe environment. Required to wear face masks and gloves when necessary, they will always maintain the required social distance from guests and respect privacy.Hand sanitizer, alcohol spray, and other cleaning agents such as disposable wipes are provided in all of our villas for use during your stay. All “high-touch” surfaces such as doorknobs, locks, remote controls, fan pulls, etc., and their surrounding areas, are meticulously sanitized during daily cleaning and inspections, once bedroom and bathroom cleaning has been completed. Kitchen and common areas will be cleaned when guests are outside of the premises to ensure you are undisturbed. Objects like fridges, countertops, etc. are cleaned and disinfected before staff leave the area allowing you to re-enter the villa with confidence knowing that your oasis is pristine.
